Hey I have a Fitbit Charge HR and it is great, I use it for steps and HR when I exercise....However, if you only need it for steps then I recommend the Fitbit Flex as it is cheaper and really does do the job well for a step counter, you sync it it to your app and you can set step goals and also challenge others for more…

I can strongly recommend a few DVDs that I have done in the past if that would interest you? Toned tum, thighs and bum = Squats, start light and slowly build up, its a compound move so hits all the right areas :smiley:

Thanks for all the info above guys. I do like to do what ever I feel like :( I will stick to a steady weights programme for a few months and up my food intake. Can any of you suggest some good foods and combos to have as my lunch box is dull and uninspiring or point me in the right direction on where to find??

5'9" Lean muscle ...and abs (yep that old chestnut) Exercise is good for all round conditioning. My food diet needs altering so open to suggestions!? Cal= 1600-2000 50 carb 21 fat 29 protein .....Sugggestions?
