Hey guys and gals, I am on a quest to find a new homemade protein shake that packs on the muscle and Doesn't cost the earth! I've used powder for years and want a nice change. I'm off shopping in a bit so any recipes will be greatly appreciated :)

Protein Shake advise
I use ultimum whey powder at the moment basically because it's cheap, it tastes nice, love the strawberry BUT it doesn't mix too well. What high protein high carb blend for muscle growth do you use????

Bloated Feeling!!
So I've been doing a decent weights plan and nutrition for a while now, some days I look in the mirror and am happy of what I see, then 24hrs later I can feel bloated and not look as 'good'....anyone else get this or explain it?? I know it's a weird comment but hey that's why I'm on here :)
