Hello, I am looking for a few positive dedicated fitness guys and gals to join me to in what I am going to call 'April Rules'. basically I have my own little gym in my garage based around crossfit, Mma and weights, plus I run BUT despite all this I am not as ripped as I really want to be!!
Sooo anyone care to friend me and use April 1st as the starting point of upping your exercise and really pushing for the month with the help and motivation of others??
