Great that you lost 24lbs but in 357 days surely you should of lost more :/? Never the less just get back on track you would of lost a lot more weight maybe double or more if you were counting and weighing everything everyday for 357 days surely

I usually weigh in once every 2 weeks with tape measurements once a week fat loss is in inches not pounds :)x

forgot to add it could also be water weight :)

Adjust your calories :) as you go lower in weight you need to keep adjusting like once every few weeks then the weight loss will move again

Yea i went 2014 wint be going again tho my hero role model wont be there since hes dead r.i.p greg plitt most instprational man alive but it is good :)

Tbh I weight 217.8 lbs and every time I complete it says I'll be 207.3 to 207.6 ish I aim for 2lbs per week loss so for me it's accurate :) I do hit my calorie goal everyday nearly bang on tho

I go to my doctors and get weighed every 2 weeks on a Friday same time of day to and I'm down 2 stone in 11 weeks just under :)......still currently losing

I eat 1758 Cals a day Monday to Friday and on a Sunday but Saturday's I raise my Cals to about 200 below maintenance just to have few extra treats :)

Wether you do IF OR IIFYM or any of these other bs diets it don't matter CALORIC deficit is what matters whether you eat so called clean or junk food your body don't know the difference now am not sayin I eat all junk I eat mostly whole foods as I need my proteins and fibre and so on i usually use 300 Cals for JUNK.....and…

Finally realising that there's some much bull out there and people trying to make a quick buck on a quick fix... That you don't have do live on so called (clean foods) and that all that matters to losing that ugly fat is a CALORIC deficit :) no stupid fat burners or fad diets.... 2 stone down in 11 weeks...to be continued

finally got the pictures up march one was 18th.The april one was 30th nd may one was today :) still long way to go but mind is focused will keep pictures coming until i reach my goal of 13 st end of august hopefully will be lean by then for my holiday in september my over all goal is just to be healthy fit and ripped :) lol

Ive went from 242lbs 17st 4 to 218lbs 15st 8 ish stil long way to go tho i dont know my bodyfat as i dont measure it as there is know accurate way so i just use the mirror.my goal is to be lean by the end of august still have 4 month to go all i do is eat in a deficit count and weigh everything i eat i dont drink calories…

Jayne just eat in a deficit the fat will eventually come off you cant spot reduce fat it falls off were it wants but stick at it and it will all be off its a marathon not a sprint :)

Low carb high card low fat high fat low protien hight fat fad diets all this dont matter calories matter :) yes certain foods have more micro nutrents that others your nt gonna hit fibre goal and protien goal by eating snickers bars lol calorie deficit=LOSE FAT period! Hope this helps bro

Great transformation mate i starts end of febuary and down 20lbs so far not focusing on bodyfat just using the mirror still got till september to reach my goal of being finally lean its peope like you who keep people going if only i new that fat loss was down to a calorie deficit id be shredded right now lol

All im doing to lose the weight is weigh and count everything i eat and log it in here and doig cardio few times a week as i cant lift weights at the moment for anyone wanting to lose weight CALORIE DEFICIT IS ALL YOU NEED TO LOSE FAT! Everything else does help but thats the main key
