Don't need to cut anything out just keep in a caloric deficit and track everything you eat and weigh all foods that need to be and eat junk in moderation ....I'm losing fat and a steady 1lb a week eating a pop tart and pop corn and Nutella every night ....keep at it

If your stuck you just need to re adjust your calorie intake then give it a week or so n the scale will go down you only really plateau if you end up eating at maintenance

Don't worry about it just eat in a calorie deficit and fight the hunger cravings ....no illness can stop you from reaching yours goals I'm type 1 diabetic and losing 1lb a week keep at it you will get there :)

It's easy to break through a plateau just have to do re calculate your tdee etc then eat the required amount to lose weight....calorie deficit for weight loss simple as that really :)

If you ain't losing weight for 3 weeks and you ain't seen a difference In mirror then you need to drop cals or increase exercise deficit = weight loss :)

I know I ain't been on the thread much but I took a week or so diet break as the cravings feeling tired etc was through the roof it came to the point where the gym was a chore but after week break I gained 1lb and that's good as I wasn't really tracking and the amount of food I ate was insane but I'm back on track now 13…

Listen to your body I been dieting down 130 days with MFP lost around 2 n half stone but the past week I have felt de motivated and lethargic and have had cravings through the roof so I decided to take a week break eating at maintance calories and now I'm mentally ready to get back on the wagon n smash my goal!

You can only hit a plateau if you are eating same calories to maintain your weight or your activities levels have dropped recalculate your bmr and then either eat those calories it says or up your activity :) Google calculator.net and it will tell you what calories to eat to lose gain

Before 16st 4lbs ish on the right....13 stone 13lbs ish on the left photos currently at 13st 10lbs now tho still 15 weeks left to hit my goal!

aw thanks mate! Appreciate it .....yeah stick it out mate it is mentally hard dieting more than anything but don't restrict yourself from foods you love just count them calories and macros! I'll keep posting updates every 2 weeks so stay tuned haha

if I was you I would cutt weight then see what you have mass wise and go from there I'm doing full upper body routines 4 times a week with one leg day and it's working great for me but everyone is different

Weight watchers slimming world all these bull crap diets are basically calorie counting with a fancy name so they can sell a product etc just get mfp stick to weighing and counting calories accturately and the fat will fall off
