Weight watchers slimming world all these bull crap diets are basically calorie counting with a fancy name so they can sell a product etc just get mfp stick to weighing and counting calories accturately and the fat will fall off

dont focus of the percentage 9 times out 10 its way off anyways focus on weekly pics and the mirror :) pics is the best tho as your mind can minipulate that mirror

Yea exactly took me about 20 mins or so take make a lovely pasta with quorn last night and I made a quorn tikka curry tonight lol iv started eating quorn as I was getting sick of chicken n so on

Just put bit Nutella in your proddige mate and count it in your macros that's what I do tastes lovely about 10g to 15g I put it

Yea that will help what I meant is don't feel need to avoid them if you like them :) I keep my carbs around 170 ish

Wether you avoid pasta wraps so on its don't matter calories matter keep track and weigh your food only way to lose fat is calorie deficit which you seem to be doing you may have to reach the 11 stone mark or lower to have that lean stomach just keep at you will be there soon enough :)

I do a 1200 calorie surplus once every few month (cheat day) just to reset my metabolism and so on and I feel great I drop my calories for the next few days after by a good 400 hundred and I keep the majority of my cals protein n fats then after few days I go back to what I was normally on deficit wise works for me but…

Homemade low fat rice pudding fills you big time I make a big dish portion out and have it over few days tbh anything is ok to eat moderation is key but some foods do fill more then others :)

Few times reason of failing was believing to much bs that you read in magazines and diets now I know about nutrition it's helped loads along with this app 90days going strong so far just over 2 stone down and I'm getting more motivated each day plenty more lbs to go aimed for December for my target weight and body fat…

Great for me down 26lbs in 12 weeks I have a maintance day once a week and a 1500 surplus cheat day once every 3 month I hit my macros n micros but I do enjoy reeeses and so on lol

i get that mate i think its just compared to first thing on a morning your in a fasted state then when you your body is always digestion im guessing through out the day nothing to worry about :) also if your aint getting enough fibre in it can be constipation lol
