cutting started 26/02/16 to current
I started off at around 217 lbs on the 26th February 2016 it's now May 14th and I'm weighing in at 198lbs I am cutting right up to around the middle of August so hoping to be ripped by then if not I will continue with the cut Diet wise there is no diet I am following I'm just doing what works for me everyone is different…

just thought I'd do a thread on Morrisons new healthy food range (NuMe) there's no many products out but I've tried most of what they have out as I got lots of it when I went shopping Saturday and it's great stuff especially the tikka curry sauce and pasta sauce just thought I'd give this a heads up

26lbs down 90 days ticked off
90 days down 26 lbs down still got 6 month to hit my goal just take each day at a time because those days become weeks then weeks turn to months and eventually a year will have gone by....if I can do this journey then use can to :)

80days and counting 26 big fat lbs down more to go :)
just want to share my transformation so far 80 days down still long way to go but im getting closer each day :) goal is to reach 13stone and be lean by september so far ive got from 242 lbs in march to 215.5lbs as of today i hope this gives people abit of motivation and drive to carry on with there journey any questions…

Past 50 day mark on MFP!
Started a fat 17st 4lbs now ive broke the 16st barrier as of today im 15st 12 dont belive the *kitten* out there guys there so much out there anyone can lose weight dedication and pateince is key i used to belive all the bull *kitten* fat burners etc its simp count calories and be in a deficit = NEW LEAN YOU :)

fat loss journey to a lean new me 18lbs down so far
Started my journey at 17st 4lbs on 20th feb 2015 now 8 weeks down the line im 18lbs lighter!!! Tried all these fat burners and fad diets that dont work
