Started my journey at 17st 4lbs on 20th feb 2015 now 8 weeks down the line im 18lbs lighter!!! Tried all these fat burners and fad diets that dont work

I cant belive after trying all these supplements and stupid fad diets that its so simple all its takes is dedication and time i now belive for the first time after countless times trying i can acctually get lean and toned for my holiday in september anyone else want to join this journey with me is welcome.0

All im doing to lose the weight is weigh and count everything i eat and log it in here and doig cardio few times a week as i cant lift weights at the moment for anyone wanting to lose weight CALORIE DEFICIT IS ALL YOU NEED TO LOSE FAT! Everything else does help but thats the main key0

What was your start weight? I'm about the same as you, 16lbs down after 8 weeks and I find it a lot easier than I thought I would but like you said, just need to stick to a deficit.0

I'm with you - I'm down just over two stone from Jan 6th - I want and need to keep going. I'm going to India in November and no way do I want to be that beached whale that I was last year!!!!0

I started seriously logging in January and finally got a set of scales in February. I've so far lost 6kgs but also lost craploads of cms. Yep pill and magic formulas are great for lightening my wallet. That's about all lol0

Down another 2.2lbs taking in 1797 cals 20 mins fasted cardio 3 times a week so far soo good0
