• Thank you. I will look into making meals during the weekend.
• Ask questions. Drink Water. Little things count. ONE DAY AT A TIME.
• Thanks for the laugh!
• BLESS YOU for understanding exactly what i needed. I can now say from some of the better suggestions i some choices that dont require me to cook another full meal that i can fall back on. Besides sandwiches which i despise anyways.
• Good luck on your journey! Take care of the little one! I have 2 girls who are now 9 and 7, and I just finished school and got a office job as a Nurse. I can understand where you are at and i encourage you to focus on taking care of yourself as well as your little one!
• Thank you i have been looking for a recipe/ meal planner!!
• We only have enough funds to get enough meat for the week or two for one type a night. We are a family of five so cooking a pound of this and a pound of that can get quite expensive if it wasnt bought to go together in the first place. Right now because of end of the year property taxes and holidays and still catching up…
• Thank you i actually have planned on filling my freezer come income tax. not only with meat but meals and veggies too.
• That does sound good too! Might see what i can throw together tomorrow and freeze for such occasions.
• Weekends are my hardest too. I have to almost force myself to eat during the week cause i'm so busy and by the time i get home i'm tired (nurse). However i think of meat first and then my veggies. Ive steered away from most all junk (though very difficult with the kids) and all sodas. Pasta is also my killer. One day at a…
• My sister lives half a country away for a reason i assume.... :D chips are usually meant for the kids i've been slipping up all weekend. :'(
• OH DUHHH oatmeal!!! see this is what i needed!!! I have things to eat but i can't COOK more than one MEAT. The chips are because its close to my payday and there isnt any fresh vegetables. Cooking a whole meal is wasted in our home because my mother wont eat leftovers (as if there is ever any). This meal would have been…
• Thank you!
•
If it's your house.....it's your rules. <That's my motto, with no exceptions. You and your husband must lead out!
Mutual House though, if anything it is hers by name. Ours in the fact we pay for repairs and upkeep for the past 4 years. but whose house isn't the issue. I believe it is more of an internal i…

• I eat what i want normally within cal allowance but we had a big breakfast this morning i made pancakes. So tonight she wanted to eat and was agreed with by everyone else the kids and husband Honey BBq boneless wings @ 3 for 200 cals. with fries. • Yeah i know i was just ranting cause i felt like i had no choice in the matter. I only had 9 of the little chicken and a bag of chips. BUT its the fact that im still hungry that has made me so upset. I can normally eat that many calories when i cook and not be hungry at all. I'm downing water to help. But it is still…
• Because i'm on medication and within my first three months back my doctor wants daily right after the restroom before i get dressed weights. So yeah most people keep telling me i need to stop weighing daily but i can't. I like it actually. It tells me which foods have a bigger affect on the sodium level and if my body…

• Not all the time we switch off sometimes. But yes this go around she did. She does not however pay for everything so i do not need a lecture about being grateful for having a roof over my head and food to eat. We do own our own home. We do not have to rely on my mother to survive, she has to live with family per her…
• its more of a mutual thing us living together, Her house our rules since Dad died shes had a few mental problems that require she live with someone. I would be buying all the groceries and she would be left to buy her junk herself if i hadn't needed to finish paying for school out of pocket this year. Next year will be…
• Actually its not just for handicapped. if you will notice in Walmart and larger stores there are childrens chairs built into the walls. It is for use by families and wheelchair bound and those who cannot safely move within a regular stall.

• I need help with this then, i have a deficit of what 800- 900 cals a day to be at 1200. most days this week i have eaten under or a few over except today and yesterday. but how do i calculate ho much deficit i need for the week add the 800 x7?
• Interesting. I didnt think of that. Some days i am hundreds under so that might help with that. not an excuse and i'm working on correcting it but it would help to look at long run and not short term. When i work (NURSE) i hardly have time to eat. when i'm home during the week i dont want to but i force myself to. Weekend…
