you can try to add a wrist cover (if your creative and can sew or know someone who does) to wrap around the clasp so it doesn't touch your skin. Some fleece or flannel in a favorite design/ color to match might help.

I didn't log and ate what i wanted as i have been a bit sick too ( still yet to figure out what is going on) However i did see a major shift at the beginning of this week downward on my scale yesterday so i'm happy! (hadn't been able to break a 3lb yo- yo all month)

Been there myself too. I dont force my kids to do that one. If they cant finish in half and hour (or and hour if they have been talking like my youngest loves to do) thats it. No sweets. It goes in the fridge and if they say they are hungry before bed thats what they have to finish. Which RARELY happens anymore.

Honey from a nurse that deals with people coming in with the flu all the time, go on maintenance, drink water rest and relax. Got to the doctor and get tested for which type and get the correct medications and get better. NO water fasting will NOT help you.

Only thing i stay completely away from now is the soda because i know i cannot be reasonable. I litterally just ate my days allowance of calories in one meal (too busy at work to eat all day :( )

NO but it can have an effect on wither or not you have indigestion keeping you up at night which some people choose to not eat after a certain time to allow food to digest before they lie down. Don't criticize her for having a stop time just because she wants to.

Sugar digestion begins in the mouth. Fat digestion doesn't even start till it hits the acid in the stomach and intestines. That is a great tip! You can use it for a lot more than just PB! as long as you got a scale you can do the math on it. You have done wonderful so far. Take it easy for a bit and get back into it. I'm sure you can still make it! ;)

Where i can understand that the problem was a weight loss problem.
