Hello, I started at 106kg and am now under 90 just 88.8 lol, got down to 86kg but put a little on again and need to get focused again would like to lose another 10kg and see how I feel then, I am just to turn 50 in few weeks and from Christchurch nz, love to find some local people to help me be accountable.
