I'm right there with ya, just sent you a friend request. I ride a desk most days but have started parking farther away in the parking lot and taking stairs whenever possible. Good luck! Not sure how your work goes but i take an occassional 15 minute walk outside that helps my step count and also my sanity!

Thanks. I just posted this over to the more technical support side of the forums so we'll see. And its not the end of the world, i'm not taking these calorie counts and credits as 100% truth and gorging myself on the leftover calories or anything, just curious more so. Thanks for replying.

Ok cool. I was worried that it was counting my run as calories burned, and then also the fact that it put me at like 15k steps that was giving me more of a calorie credit than i should be getting. Thanks for your reply

I have a similar question and just posted about it, maybe i should have read more first. My VivoActive automatically posts my workouts to MFP and also posts negative calorie adjustments based on lack of steps/activity. I'm also worried that the workout is being double counted, as both steps and a separate run. I don't know…
