I usually just eat a small oatmeal before working out and then go to the gym. After, when I'm feeling that post-workout grumble, I have another small breakfast, maybe some whole-grain bread with p2b peanut butter and an apple or a scrambled egg in a tortilla with peppers or cheese. I haven't felt bloated yet, and Iā¦
