Pre workout meal/snack + bloating

Hello!
I workout every morning before going to work which usually consists of strength training for 60-90 minutes or a quick HIIT session on my busier days. I loooove breakfast and I feel like my workouts are not the same unless I eat a good meal in the morning. However, I find myself feeling bloated lately and it's started to affect my workouts. I usually eat half a cup of rolled oats oats with protein powder & almond milk or I'll make an egg white omelette with veggies. Is this too much food for early mornings? What are your favorite (and easily digestible) preworkout meals/snacks? Any feedback is much appreciated!

I eat the eggs with vegies usually spinich or green bell and mushrooms and turkey bacon with one slice of 100% whole grain bread for carbs its worked well for me1

I usually just eat a small oatmeal before working out and then go to the gym. After, when I'm feeling that post-workout grumble, I have another small breakfast, maybe some whole-grain bread with p2b peanut butter and an apple or a scrambled egg in a tortilla with peppers or cheese. I haven't felt bloated yet, and I definitely feel ya about not having a good workout without eating SOMETHING beforehand. I suggest 2 smaller bfasts instead, before and after1
