Driving has become increasingly more painful because my tailbone is no longer protected by a thick layer of fat.

I walk 4 miles, twice a week. And less now that it's rainy! I'm 6 months in.

I want to have kids so bad. It's always been a dream. But yeah..it's definitely crossed my mind. I'm working so hard, my body is finally feeling like mine. I don't know if I'm ready to start sharing it with someone else!

I'm also 5'6". I don't feel smaller at all. I actually can't see it except for in pictures. My brain hasn't caught up to my weightloss yet.

My streak is important to me, it's counting everyday that I put my health as a priority. I log every single bite (as best I can) and I've been doing it for almost 200 days! So for me personally it's logging my food (my fitbit is synced for my activities).

I just keep going. No matter what happens one day, I pick myself up the next. The only exercises I'm doing are walking and pole dancing. (Though my weight set is on its way!) Thank you so much! I've done the Whole30 three times now, the first week I am always sleepy! I promise it goes away! If by week 2 you are still sleepy, look at your fat macro, to see if you're getting enough.
