My partner has Hashimotos he was put on medication but decided to stop. He has lost 180 pounds over 3 years, and is maintaining now!

I plate up my food and put the leftovers away before I sit down to eat. I had a problem going back and stealing bites from leftovers, if I put them away I don't have the temptation. Good luck!

I don't know what happened. But on May 22nd...I just decided it was time to start logging. And I just haven't stopped. Now I'm 35 pounds down and halfway to my goal weight...just keep going.

I did it over a year ago (before they added the white potatoes :neutral:). I did well and felt good, sleeping amazingly. I lost almost 20 pounds over the month. I don't know how. But I am a size 10 in 3 brands and I fit in all of them (these are US Jeans). I have toned thighs (though they are beefy) and chubby little knees. :P
