Salad dressing. I was so sad when I couldn't drown my veggies in ranch. Cereal was a hard one too, but I am getting darn good at pouring 31g of my Special K Protein.

I bring a snack and lunch to work. Usually berry's and yogurt for snack and soup and half a sandwich for lunch. I only work 10 hours compared to your 12, so I eat dinner soon after I get home around 9pm.

I've had my streak "reset" once. I was 5 days away from 90 and I realized I had only been logging in for that silly number to go up, but I had been logging food for only 25 days. So I reset it to 25. Now I see my progress and it feels real. If I lose this streak, and it was because I didn't log on. I'll leave it be.

One healthy meal doesn't make you healthy, just like one big meal doesn't make you big. Just jump right back into it! :)

Hi Tiffaniey, good luck on your journey, feel free to add me if you'd like!

Good luck on your journey...and your love of tacos! Yum...tacos.

I have the ChargeHR, I upgraded from the flex in March. I love it. And having a watch on my wrist has come in handy a lot more than I imagined it would!
-
Hey there! Welcome!

You might have done this, but just in case. You only get calorie adjustments if you go over what MFP has calculated for your calories. If I don't lose more calories on Fitbit than my "lightly active" status on MFP already calculates, than I don't get any adjustment. Other than that, I hope you find a fix soon. I haven't…

Yeah, it took me a while to learn everything (and I'm sure I haven't figured it all out). I love my HR though. I hope you're enjoying yours!!
-
Congratulations! Stick to it and you'll do fabulously. You're worth it!
-
Good luck!

It sounds like you have your main goal set for calories burned (mine is set for steps) you can change it. So it's going off when you hit your calorie goal which is set by your height, weight and goal weight.
-
I didn't read all the replies. But I get my motivation from myself. I'm strong, beautiful and worth it! But it took me 2 years to realize that. So I think you really need to be ready, because it's up to you. I've finally started and I'm enjoying it immensely! Good luck with your lifestyle change. You're a hard worker. Got…

Hey there! We have similar starting weights. I've tried to lose weight for a long time, I've been doing it a month now and it's starting to actually work! Woo! Good luck on your journey. Hopefully you're doing this because you want to, and not because others said you needed to (except your doctor...listen to your doctor!).

Good luck!

Hey! I've been using mine since March, and the flex before that. I love it. I just today finally had enough data (30 days worth) to see how accurate the calories in and out were and they were only .2 pounds off! So I'm pretty happy about that!
-
Hey, our goals are almost identical. (I'm 197 now). I'm 5'5" and 24. Feel free to add me.

You can add me if you'd like! I'm very active. :)

My protein level is what I'm most concerned about. It's always much lower than the recommended amount. I don't want the lack of protein to be detrimental to my health.

I've done 2. A summer and a winter one. Last June I lost 20 pounds and was finally sleeping through the night. I did another in January of this year, not as fun in the winter (less options for fruits and veggies I like). I'll probably do another, but not for a while. It's a tool for me not something I'll regularly do.

I have 60 pounds to lose too, I'm 24. You can do it without surgery. :) Feel free to add me as a friend! I've been losing consistently, by weighing my food and keeping myself in a caloric deficit. It doesn't take much longer and it has become a habit. I bought my scale off of Amazon for under $20, and I got a "fancy" one.…

I'm 24 as well and have over 50 pounds to lose. Feel free to add me. I log everyday :)

Well...I have done 2 now. My first one was great, it was in June and I lost 20 pounds, was sleeping really well, had lots of energy and my cravings for junk were gone. My second one was in January, it was miserable. Not as many fruits or vegetables. I lost 6 pounds that time. I won't be doing anymore. But I learned about…
