Kept to my calories for 2lbs a week then started walking 4 or 5 days a week and I just started running two weeks ago! Ate all the foods I wanted just kept under target. Love mfp!

I made it a "workout" and estimated 400 calories a day for breast feeding. it seemed to do the trick i lost 45 lbs with no special diet other than keeping under 16oo calories in about 100 days. I didn't even exercise! breast feeding is the BEST.

I had my baby in December and started back dieting in March she was 4 months, I have been eating 1250 - 1450 calories and we nurse on demand, haven't had any supply issues as long as I drink water and I have been loosing about 2-4 lbs a week! I'm loving it!
