I don't know the "scientific" answer to this, but, I lift then do cardio. If I do cardio first, I run out of steam before the end of my lifting and I can't lift as much. I do heavy weights. It just doesn't take as much energy to do the elliptical...

I've been told by a nutritionis that you don't have to worry about getting too much protein. It just passes through you, I wish I could figure out a way to get too much protein, lol.

^^this...I get bored so fast doing cardio, but weight training is actually fun. It's kind of like a competition with yourself, and you're constantly doing something different rather than the monotonous hour on the treadmill or elliptical.

Sometimes I feel like my body is one big stretch mark. But, mine have all shrunk and become lighter. It will be a loooonnnngggg time before I can wear a bikini, but I will wear one, with pride when the day comes. I don't think I know a single person without stretch marks...even skinny people.

No doubt, GOAL WEIGHT. I've been up and down my entire life and have never been at the weight I wanted to be. I just want to know what it feels like to light and healthy. Now, if you were to say 10,000,000, instead of 10,000...that may be different. :smile:
