I would go with a hamburger happy meal. The calorie count isn't bad. McDonalds actually uses high quality beef, so at least you'll be getting some protein and the fries aren't good for you, but how can you go to McDonalds and not eat the fries. When I'm at work, I just use skim milk and the powder. At home, I will add ice and yogurt and what ever fruit I'm feeling. Or sometimes I'll add peanut butter.
