I'd say around 5 months; I've been exercising since November and eating less since January :)

Well usually I do cardio 3-5 days a week (elliptical at home), some strength training 3 days a week and walk my dog most days. I started with 1200 cal a day and now I'm at 1500, lots of veggies and cook everyday so I can eat really healthy which I think it was what helped me lose all that weight relatively fast (from…

I found my old pic yesterday and this morning I wanted to see the progress I've made and it was a complete shock! I feel great :)
