Unless you are talking about making a sandwich or something because you woke up in the middle of the night, don't stop. Allow yourself a evening snack, but log it first. Then spread the rest of your calories around your meals. I have a snack every night, and I did it the first time around and still got to goal.

I've been weighing on Fridays, after the morning routine, but before breakfast. If I've lost weight, I allow myself a Friday cheat day. If not, gotta pass until next week.

Two things. My doctor told me I was pre-diabetic, and I read a scary article about visceral fat, which was where I had the very vast majority of my fat.

I on;y NEED one, and that would be me. Howsomever, 5 - 10 for inspiration, diary sharing and being able to witness others success would work for me. When I was here before, I saw a young lady finish a 100+ weight loss, and it was really cool to watch. I was so happy for her when she made it to maintenance.

Not weighing/measuring is what got me back to where I am. Weighing/measuring is what's gonna get me back to where I was.

Same with me. Looks like you're gonna have to log even in maintenance. I was doing fine when I was logging, but last summer there were too many parties, barbecues and other kinds of get-togethers and it just carried out through the winter. So here I am again. I'll send a request.

Keeping them any longer than necessary, is subconsciously giving yourself permission to gain it back.

I don't know if this will work for you, but try ditching the car for short trips. I live in a small town, and most places I need to go are about a mile to a mile and a half away. So, I walk or ride my bike. That seems to give me all the exercise I need. Saves me a ton on gas!

This ^ Don't fight it. Now, and when I was here before, I have a snack every night. Just add your night snack into your diary first, then spread the rest of your calories around your meals.

When I was here the first time, my friends and I learned a lot about food choices from creeping each others food diaries.
