  • You can do it this time around. When i first started logging I was over calories, then I decided which food weren't worth the calories to eat( I have reduced snacking portion sizes). When you're back in maintenance there are some great threads in forum regarding ways to maintain. Good luck with your journey :)
  • Hi sorry to hear about your mouth ,I'm no dietician but soft foods that I like are fruit/vege smoothies with milk & protien powder, soups with beans/lentils, casserole/stewed meat & veges( blitzed/blended to a good consistency for you) .   • Thanks for your help everyone. I'm just looking up strong curves, it's got some good Bodyweight exercises :) but I don't have a barbell. I was gonna buy one, but i don't have room for a power cage or $$$ & I wouldn't wanna get stuck under a barbell :( I workout from home.
