Where do you stand on a Spanish omelette sir?

I've been taking Snake oil for the last two years. To this I credit it to my "Cobra" like Traps. However I now smell with my tongue and crawl around on my belly. You have to take the rough with the smooth.

Please continue to get better.

Hi, Brilliant use of the word "collywobbles". :) I don't really get that hungry and if anything I wish my appetite was stronger to help me reach my goals. I always assumed the fact that I didn't snack between meals etc was due to strong discipline and people that did probably just had a weaker resolve. However, I've…

Hi Jennifer, Best of luck with your goals. Hopefully we will find a way to let you continue enjoying your Cadbury Chocolate and loose weight. :)

Tally ho! I'm English from Birminghamshire!

Yeah, I have days where I cant eat as much as I should. Im not hungry and I might have 1000 cals to spare. It almost feels wrong to stuff yourself, makes you feel greedy. It's not the end of the world as I know some days I can eat loads and easily make up the deficit. Although I know this is not optimal. That is a great…

Hi and welcome. I wish you every success.

I like to just sit on the machine and drift. :)

I never used to do them. I now do 3 sets of 30 decline sit ups with a 20Kg dumbbell on my chest at the end of each session (4 X per week). I've seen and felt the difference within the first two weeks. I plan on continuing doing them.

Amazing results. Well done.

It depends on you weather the gym is something that you want to stick to long term. You don't have to go to the gym to be fit and healthy. I worked out for pretty much a year at home on my own before I joined a gym and was at a pretty good starting point when I joined, but still learning all the time. Sometimes making…

Dip celery sticks in a pot off cottage cheese. Salsa is also great for celery dipping.

Some great looking food. Some people need to raise their plate game. Some shocking crockery going on! :)

Dump it on top of baked or sweet potatoes. It also mixes nice with pasta. Or just on the side with a salad.

I've never tried Casein mate, but like you said people usually take it of a night before bed. I've heard some people swear by it and others say that just normal Whey is more than adequate. I think Casein slowly absorbs over six hours keeping your protein levels maintained to prevent going catabolic. Whey is much faster…

I've never had a facebook or twitter account so I don't really know what I'm missing out on. I'm intrigued to see what all of the fuss is about, but I already spend more time than I would like messing about on the computer watching Youtube and stuff. Plus, I couldn't care less about other peoples lives lol!

I quit smoking by vaping. Obviously, the nicotine in Vaping is still addictive (but fairly harmless), but at least it does not contain the Tobacco, Tar and 4,000 other chemicals. If you can quit cold Turkey though then that's the way to go. Good luck.

My appetite is shockingly bad. I find that Intermitent Fasting helps because once I start eating during a certain "window/time period" it gets the ball rolling and I can fit all my calories/macros in and feel satisfied until I next eat. Watching food/cooking channels or eating challenges on Youtube is also a good way of…

Oh, and anything to do with iconic figures that interest me such as Elvis, John Lennon, Muhammed Ali etc. I even watched one on Charles Manson the other day lol.

I watch loads of documentries on YouTube. Anything to do with Great White sharks lol. From a sports point of view "If you don't take it, you wont make it" about the 100m athletics final in Seoul Olympics. "Bigger, Faster, Stronger" and "Super size me" is always a classic. I also watch a few conspiracy things on the Moon…

I sometimes struggle with the motivation to go to the gym. Because weight lifting rightly encourages rest days I sometimes use this as a convienient excuse. However, I keep on going to the gym because I always have a good time when I'm there and I love the feeling afterwards. For me, it's the most important/rewarding thing…

Giggerty.

I use an App which tracks how long it takes my Pizza company to deliver it. I waited 45 mins the other night. Bloody disgusting service!

Yeah, your husband obviously eats at a deficit or maintence for his size/activity level etc. So it's irrelevant to you what he appears to eat as yours will be different. It's like how some overweight girls will sometimes comment on their "skinny best friend being so lucky because they can eat what they want". There is a…

If it works, keep doing it but up the intensity. :)
