If you don't lose all the pounds you want, try toning your body. It will make you look slimmer. Try eating lots of protein, fiber, and HEALTHY fats.

I eat a greek yogurt nearly every morning, and I find it filling and pretty tasty. Try to eat things with more protein and healthy fat. It will keep you feeling fuller longer. Fiber is good too. I just started my journey.... but then again, I only had a bit to lose. Glad I caught that early. Always been chubby, not that much overweight however. It was starting to get worse.... lost confidence.... so I lost weight. 15 down, 17 to go! Looking forward to being cold! I sweat constantly. My house is only 75!
