Depends how badly you want to lose weight. I recommend yoga. It is very relaxing and might ease your back pain. Take your focus off of it.

When I need willpower I think how many calories are in it. I am always horrified.... I always had some hope that donuts were about two hundred calories each.....more like six hundred lol :p

I use instant oatmeal for breakfast most mornings. My favorite is peaches and cream. It has too much sugar though... I'd better start making my own lol! :p

Yes, it is possible. You can take a walk around the block or dance to the radio. I have a trampoline so I use that mostly.

Greek yogurt is a bit more pricey than regular yogurt, but not buy much and there is less sugar and I find it much tastier.

I hate it when that happens! Some people just don't understand. For the breakfast issue, what I eat is Yoplait hundred calorie yogurt. It is delicious and filling. I especially like the lemon meringue whips.

Don't deprive yourself of treats. The one in five is good, especially if your one of those people who can't live without treats. I am not one of those people who are addicted to sweets, so I only snack on special occasions.
