Don't be discouraged. Stay on track. I definitely found when I increased my activity after not getting a lot for so long it made a difference. I also found for me only protein and veggies after 4pm made a big difference. I want to encourage you and i'd love to hear about your little successes.

Im glad I came across your story, so inspiring. I had a great day of healthy eating and a good amount of exercise. Then struggled tonight. I just dont' want it to be another "oh well" moment and slip backwards. Great job on getting healthy. I won't give up.

Hi Yvonne, I'm Dana. I'm starting with a small goal this week to log everything I eat and drink, even if the calorie number turns red!!! No cheating on my food diary, :)
