Hi, I'm 51y/o in Fla. I'm not sure im posting correctly, this is my 3rd try. Anyway, truth is I need encouragement and accountability from people who understand the struggle. I like everyone's honesty :)

    Hi Yvonne, I'm Dana. I'm starting with a small goal this week to log everything I eat and drink, even if the calorie number turns red!!! No cheating on my food diary, :)
