I too have lost a good amount of weight. 82 pounds so far. I set a goal for September. I have another 68 pounds I want to lose. I have been hitting the gym a lot and want to keep better track of what I am actually burning.

All I know of is to drink your water, make sure your eating your protein first and increase your intensity in your walks. It's hard at times. But don't ever feel like a failure. We all make mistakes. It's what we do to rectify them is what matters most.

I would sooooooo totally do it again. Contrary to what people think it isn't an easy fix. I still have to watch what I eat. You may eat less but junk is junk. I opened it up. I've tried to be as accurate as I can be. I just joined this site a couple weeks ago when I increased my calorie intake so I could monitor it more closely. Thank you everyone for your help. It is much appreciated and the honesty is a must.
