When you look around you, you want others to be healthy and active. Therefore you are correct. If my spouse was overweight and out of shape, that would be a turn off. If someone can't keep up to me, I probably wouldn't have given them a chance. If someone could out do me, it makes me want to step it up.

For the first few months of running, I found my heart rate up there. 160-170 I bought a heart rate monitor to see if it was real. Some equipment are not accurate. At 5 miles per hour for 30 min or more it has come down to 150 after months. The heart takes a while to condition. Blood pressure is nice and low also now.

This is a great place to be. Just take your time, it will come off. Every week I see a pound come off. Slowly but surely. When we reach our limit, it's done. Helped for the first bit to go to bed. Even with a rumbly tummy. Soon, it stops bugging you. Kids are great. I can keep up now. I started jogging. Never in my life…

It's slowly leaving me. I agree that those videos help. Jogging has also. It's at the wrinkly stage now when I hold it in. It will het there.

Would like to hear from people that need to lose 30 plus and need help like me to work out. I have 40 to lose. I do well most days. I've started walk/jogging to help quit smoking. Now I can actually slow jog for 30 straight. Something I'm very proud of, because I never thought I could run. It feels wonderful. Still…

Yes, but if I can quit smoking, this should be easy.
