HollandOats, thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure any type of fasting is suitable for me but I'll look into it and after some research I'll decide whether to try it or not. Right now I feel so NOT in conrol of my eating so any suggestions are welcome. *even if normally I wouldn't even look into them* :D :)

Well this pretty much sums up how I feel.. Yesterday I kept to my calorie goal and today this^ happened. What is worse is that this cycle repeats all the time: 1st day - well, 2nd - bad, 3rd - well, 4th - bad and so on.. I hope I get the hang of healthy eating, controlling myself and losing weight someday.. :(

I had an awful binge week (yes, a week).. And what is worse is that I also had a binge week in the beginning of March. I lost some weight a couple of months ago but then gained most of it back (about 5 kilos). I know I've gained some due to those binge weeks as well and I hope I can manage and get back to my healthy eating…
