I am in a similar situation. I lost weight and have recently gained it all back. I started a new med a few years ago and there has been a little emotional eating here and there as well. I am not very active because of severe chronic pain. When it flares up I am pretty much in bed each day. I would love it if you would…

Hi, I am recently back here. I was originally with Weight Watchers and lost my excess weight. When I was put on a new medication a few years ago I began to gain little by little. There was also some emotional eating involved which I am still struggling with. I can't change or go off of my medications and I have lost very…

I am dealing with this too. If any of you want to friend me I would love that.

Add me too!

Feel free to add me as a friend if you want.

Congratulations! You are off to a great beginning and have developed a good habit.

Add me too if you want.

I think the advice you have been given is excellent and I don't have anything to add. But feel free to add me as a friend if you want to.
-
Anyone here who is looking for friends, you can add me, too.

Hi, add me, too. Most of my friends are no longer around.

Hi, I'm Merideth. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm not new but I could really use some support too.

Hi, I'm Merideth. Feel free to add me, too. I really need some mutual support.

I do okay at meals but I snack a lot when I am in physical pain. I have some medical problems which cause pain and when they flare up I seem to try to distract myself by eating something I wouldn't otherwise.

I've had a fitbit for about a month and have not taken advantage of any challenges. I'm up for something moderate. https://www.fitbit.com/user/3BNM9T

My biggest mental challenge is the depression half of Bipolar Disorder. Actually, I deal more with depression than mania these days. I, too, gained a ton of weight on meds over the years. But I managed to lose it. But now, with added physical health problems I am dealing with more meds weight gain as well as emotional…

I have been reluctant to comment in this group because I am so confused about what is going on with me and how I should handle it. Doctors have been telling me for years that I have fibro. But I cannot tolerate the Lyrica and it didn't help really anyway. Cymbalta is not an option for me, nor is the new one. I have also…

I'm going through a similar situation with the sweets. I hate to admit it, but I am being very sneaky about it because I don't want anyone here at home to know I'm doing it.

Hi, I'm Merideth. I have started the Shred a couple of times but gave up too quickly. I was hoping to find a group of people who were doing it so that I would be more likely to finish it. I'm 53 with about 25 pounds to lose. I will be starting a little late in the challenge but I still want to join in. Tomorrow will be my…

Is it to late to join in?

Hi, I would be happy to add you. You will probably have a new friend before you even get to read this!

I have to lose 25 lbs that I had already lost before. Feel free to add me.

Just got my FitBit in the mail today. Lots to learn. But if any of you who know the ropes already want to connect with me on the FitBit app for support and maybe a challenge my url is //www.fitbit.com/user/3BNM9T

Has the group been closed to new members? I see that no one has been invited in quite some time.

I am in nearly the same boat. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and kept it off until I started experiencing chronic pain that at times was just too hard to take. I started soothing myself with food. I gained back 20 pounds and I am furious with myself. I am working out both at a gym and at home with DVDs when I can't…

You are truly inspiring. I deal with chronic illness that causes pain and fatigue and am finally up to exercising regularly and I love it. Please feel free to add me if you like. I would like that.

Congratulations on your 5.7 loss. When I finally lost the 80 pounds that had snuck up on me throughout my adulthood I was adamant that it wouldn't happen to me; that I wouldn't gain it all back. But life happened and I'm 20 pounds in already. Your post inspires me because I have been on this site for two weeks now and…

I was diagnosed with IC last fall and have known for several years that I have vestibular vulvodinia. It's been really tough. I am strict with the diet but I still make mistakes and I really pay for them sometimes. Quite a few of the main staples of my diet are no-nos. I had my first bladder instillation a couple of weeks…
