  • It really just depends on what my body feels like on that specific day. Some days I'll eat my entire limit (just over 1600) or slightly (20~ cals or so) over, other days I'll eat around 1000 cals or a bit less. It's all about what my body wants that day, and some days it just doesn't want as much food.
  • To echo what everyone else said, you're not eating in a deficit if you're not losing weight. End of story. Food scales, measuring cups, etc. Those help. You have to log correctly in order for logging to work at all.

  • I was definitely not prepared for the weird backlash I got from a lot of people for losing weight. Apparently some people take it as a personal insult when you try to improve your own health. Huh. Go figure.
  • I don't "cheat". If it fits within my macros, I eat it. If it doesn't fit in my macros, I find a way to adapt it to where it does. I occasionally go over my suggested caloric intake, but usually only by 10-20 calories on the days that it happens. *shrug*
  • I don't log my exercise at all, so I don't eat back calories.
  • Water. Not constant, just enough to sip on throughout the day. Sugar-free gum. And things that you can do with your hands. I'm hugely fixated on doing things with my hands, and usually that would lead to me consuming something. However, I've gotten more into crafting lately, and have been doing things like pixel art,…
