Starting weight-182 Goal weight-145 Current weight-156 Lbs lost-26 Success this week were that I was able to loose after a very stressful week. Also I was able to drink more water a couple days!! Challenges are to eat more fruits and vegetables. Also, stay on track through Easter weekend.

JFT-Friday I am going to try to post the day before so that I can be more accountable to my goals. So goals are to work out sometime tomorrow-very busy day. Pack for Chicago trip so that I can workout Saturday before I leave. Always drink more water!!

Trigger foods always lead me to a binge (especially ice cream). I listened to a speaker today say that to truly get over an addiction you have to get it out of your life. That made me think that this is how I am with sugar. Do you think removing the triggers from your life would help??
