            Omg .. help!!
 I have 68 calories left and we've got dinner to have yet!!!
 The puppy won't walk today because it's raining (i know right) so literally sat on my fat bum all day!!
 Phone a friend and walk while you talk. Or blast some music and clean...every time a male vocalist comes on either dance or walk around the house. This makes cleaning take a lot longer, but it also makes you move longer.3

            Thank you , Joan 6630. I did complete my hour's work on the DR table--not sure if it looks any better, but I did get all the bills paid (LOL). Thank you for your encouragement.2

            This thread is a wonderful idea. I'm going to start. Today I've had over 5,000 calories. I've been eating over 3k each day for the past 3 weeks to be honest. I haven't weighed in since I'm sure I've gained all the 12 lbs I've lost back. I keep making excuses. Using my mental health problems my stressful job etc as excuses to eat that cinnamon roll and giant cookie at work. To not grocery shop and eat out Every night. I weigh over 400lbs. I'm only 25 years old. I'm sick and I'm tired of being this way. So I guess right now is the moment I chose to get back on track. Today I've had over 5,000 calories. I've been eating over 3k each day for the past 3 weeks to be honest. I haven't weighed in since I'm sure I've gained all the 12 lbs I've lost back. I keep making excuses. Using my mental health problems my stressful job etc as excuses to eat that cinnamon roll and giant cookie at work. To not grocery shop and eat out Every night. I weigh over 400lbs. I'm only 25 years old. I'm sick and I'm tired of being this way. So I guess right now is the moment I chose to get back on track.
 1) Goals for today are to drink 80oz of water, make my lunch and breakfast and snacks for tomorrow.
 Also I am looking for a support group of sorts. I am just quitting weight watchers because I haven't lost enough weight to justify keeping the subscription. Anyways WW did have an excellent online support for me so I'm looking for the same thing here. Please add me and let's encourage each other. 9 9

 I checked our YMCA - and they have zumba! So wish me luck -- I'm going to try and go to some of the classes! I also saw several other "dance" classes there that would be fun. They have a class called "boogie Dance Tone" - which is 50s music, something called "variety Dance Club" and line dancing (that I never really liked though, but it might still be fun. Thanks for the inspiration to get out there and dance again. I was never very good, but loved it, so hopefully I can keep up with the zumba!

 Wonderful to have you join us! You will find the most supportive group of people here, but more importantly, people that you have to be accountable to. All you have to do is show up every day, post your goals, and how you did the previous day. I have had to "start over" so many days, but that is the thing. I keep starting over, and not giving up. To me, this is kinda like a WW "meeting". I have learned so much from the people that post here. Losing weight is so much more than what we eat and how we exercise. It is learning to control triggers, control emotional eating, learning to accept that we will make mistakes, but the key is to keep going. You can do this -- and we will all be here to support you. We are all going to have our own success stories!8

 Good morning all! I'm doing surprisingly well on my calorie intake while being off this week. Just tracking and not really setting limits. Haven't had much of an appetite so I might even lose... Spring cleaning hasn't even started yet. It's a struggle to keep even the daily stuff done with so many of us here.

She is only in eighth grade and has to play an audition piece that is hard for upper classman. She is doing pretty good for an eighth grader. At least mom thinks so. .  Did great all day long, but made the mistake of going to the g rocery store when hungry. At the checkout, they had these stupid Chocolate Bark candies. Well, it ended up in my grocery cart. I ate a few on the way home (1/3 of the bag was 220 calories, and since I was low enough in my calories for the day, and had a light dinner planned, I thought I would be OK). Big mistake. Ended up eating the entire bag - putting me close to 1900 calories for the day.
 Another mistake I made was weighing myself. I had lost weight while sick - now 3 lbs up. It is so hard not to get discouraged.
 but. ... today is a new day.
