Hey I was wondering what you mean by calculating what you're burning when you're running? Body weight + the miles you have ran will equal your calories burned? Thanks just want to make sure I understand you correctly

Yeah I have a polar watch but need a battery haven't used it in a while. I've been on the Fitbit hype and I mostly just use that for right now. I did test the polar watch and the Fitbit and I know the Fitbit heartbeat is off by 20 it take too long to calculate and with the calories its off by 80 to 95 sometimes. But most…

Yeah I'm about 275lbs I do intervals, jog for a minute then walk for a minute and a half I do this for about 30 minutes I get a good 1.63 miles going to start crease my distance soon. Slow and steady. Hehe

That sounds so nice to run at night but I get hungry after workout that's why I don't work out at night not good to eat before bed.

Yeah I started power walking frist on the treadmill now I'm jogging but I took it much further and started jogging outside much harder than the treadmill I do have to say. I do have to say jogging does help my mental emotional health. Gotta love them and orphans. Lol

Yeah, I pace myself I got this cool app 5K to do jogging intervals. This week I've made it to 30 minutes. Which I'll do for a month before I move up my distance. Im really not a fast runner nor would I like to be mostly just focusing on my breathing. Thanks for all the great info.

I usually eat about 1500 to 1800 calories a day and I Run 5 times a day and I'm really good at pacing myself and focusing on my breathing and yes it really does help with my mental emotional health as well. I actually use the app it's great I love it. Thank you

Yes, on same weeks I was losing 2lbs a week, but I fall off and don't eat breakfast and then I exercise. No medical issues just no food. Lol

Thanks girly, it just all a little confusing to me. I just been over thinking this that's all. I have been lossing weight like a pound a week, which is better then nothing and just want to make sure am on the right page. Thanks! I try and eat 1500 calories and I exercise 7 days a week I try to get one rest day in. I burn anywhere from 400 - 1100 calories, so says my polar watch, but it depends what exercise I do. I go running or riding or gym and or hiking. I just want to make sure am on point.

Thanks for sharing, but I don't where my polar watch all day only when I workout. I was going to see how many calories I burn on a daily basis. How do you find the right TDEE? I looked up on the website came a cross a few pages to calculate my BMR to get a Estimate by putting in my age, height, weight and activities.

I thought 3090 is high, but that website let me put all my information like weight, heights, age, gender and I got to put exactly what workouts I do. Now I don't believe it one bit. I think I burn from 2500 to 2800 with workout, But I will soon find out since I'm going to try to wear my polar watch some time this week.
