What's the right way to weigh your food?
So I'm a little confused about weighing food should I weigh it when it's frozen or cooked?? What is the right way because when I weigh my frozen mango habanero tilapia fish it's almost 4.10oz once it's cooked and I weigh the tilapia fish it's 3.55oz what is the correct way to put in the fitness pal?

So curious question if you eat pass midnight and have not slept yet do you clock it in for the next day? What is everyone's opinions and what do you? Personally, I just log it in that daym since I didn't go to sleep it's still the same day to me.

How much calories should I be eating?
How do you know if your hitting your calories. Now the fitness pal says 2230 calories to eat, but I only consume 1500 to 1800 a day. My Fitbit says I burned with workout 2500 - 3500 so I wonder am I burning more than I'm eating. It's difficult to pinpoint and a little overwhelming. What is your opinions on this. Thanks

So how much food do you need to eat to lose weight? Now, I'm 5'6 and weigh 283 pounds and I exercise everyday and I eat about 1500 calories daily. I Try to drink a gallon of water daily.
