Thanks everyone who commented and gave me good information and ideas. I'm going to do what the fitness pal says so going to eat 2150 on my workout days and 1860 on my rest days so cross your fingers hope I lose a pound this week.

Thank you so much and I told Fitness Pal one pound a week and I fixed it and it says 2160 I should be eating on a light active day. This is just too much food for me I feel like it's already 5pm and I already had 1800 calories. Ugh! Now, I know why I see a lot of people eating fast food just to get their calorie intake. I…

OMG thank you so much. Now I have been dieting or eating healthy as I call it for a couple years now and exercising as well. I did have a couple things health issues like high blood pressure got rid of it now. I'm trying to focus on my calories instead of sodium since my high blood pressure went away. This should help me…

Well to be perfectly honest I've been having difficulties eating exactly that amount it's usually no less than 1500 calories and no more than 2000 calories. In the past 3 weeks I think I've lost 2 lb but I'm not trying to focus on this scale mostly on measuring myself and my body fat. Well I told MyFitnessPal the truth but…

Thank you so much girly, so I lost about 50 lb but I'm plateaued and now I need to start calculating exactly how much I'm eating so this information will definitely help me because I'm just getting super overwhelmed. Thanks again hope you're having a blessed day

Thanks

So let me understand this better so the packet that the raw food comes in is only for raw? That if I want to weight the food after cook I have to find the cook entry from the Fitness Pal? This is so confusing.

Thank you everyone for commenting and I done some more research and talk to my doctor and it is a myth. Lol Thanks
-
Thank you mines mostly light yellow.
-
How is it a myth? Because I've been drinking half my bodyweight in water to lose body fat and so far it has been working because our body is 70% water and it goes out and we need to restore it
-
Thank you but whats MFP?
-
Thanks I will definitely work out both glad I'm not the only person with this issue.
-
That makes perfect sense why my left arm is bigger it is my dominant. Thank You

-
Thanks, I know I need about 1500 to 1800
-
Yeah some days I eat 1200 calories.
-
Thanks I know it starts with eating to lose weight.
-
Yeah sometimes I have a midnight snack mostly cereal Special K I'm not one to go to sleep on a full stomach unless I'm drunk which is rare. I do love running and it's specially eating the exercise part I got making sure I'm eating the right stuff. Thanks
-
Lol I mean I run 5 days a week.
-
Thank you so much. I usually do 1.63 miles sometimes 2 miles, but doing it slow eventually I'll get up to 3 miles
-
Thanks so much I prolong my wine and if I know I'm going to drink. I usually have one or two glasses and I'm really good at not getting the munchies and just passing out going to sleep. Hehe! I exercise 4 to 5 times daily I run do intervals which I love doing. I think I'm more on the heavy side woman spectrum. I eat about…
-
Thanks so much that's exactly what I wanted to hear. I do intervals 5 times a day and if I know I'm going to drink I always login in first so I know what the rest of my calories are. And I literally have two cups of 5ounces of red wine depending on my stress 3 sometimes.
-
Right lol, that's why I try to find a red wine with fewer calories than others.
-
That's exactly what I do login my wine if I know I'm going to have a couple drinks with the girls that day. It's much easier so I know what my calories are to eat.
-
Thanks, so mile is bodyweight in lbs? Im 270 and about 5ft6 30 years old. Exercise at least 4 to 5 times a day and eat about 1500 to 1800. So whats my mile per burn?
-
Thanks, but I'm just a little slow at not understanding what you mean I need more context. So where did the 63 come from? And is it Pounds × 63 × miles =?
