So I know it's just an estimate but to help me fully understand better my Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is 1920 so that's how much I need to eat when my bodies in rest mode?

BMR is honestly a pretty useless number to know unless you plan on being comatosed anytime soon. TDEE is the most useful figure for you. MFP or Scooby can calculate an approximate value of this for you.1
