So I'm like 260 im 5ft6 i work out at least 5 times a day. I do intervals on the treadmill for 30 min then do weight like deadlift, squats and i get my water intake. Ay my left arm is different from my right now I am a lefty but it's different because I have more fat on it. Anybody know exercise to help the fat on my left arm/bat wing. Lol! Should I work out both arm or the one that has more fat on it?

Work both arms, definitely. It is 100% normal to have differences like that.

I think it's more likely that your left arm is bigger because it has more muscle on it, under the fat. I have the same issue with my dominant arm. If you want to balance them out, you need to exercise your right arm!

I've spent the last few months trying to use my left and right arms equally for lifting, carrying, gardening, etc, and the effort has really brought it home how much more exercise a dominant hand gets. No wonder it's bigger!

That makes perfect sense why my left arm is bigger it is my dominant. Thank You
