    Bench. Bench. And more bench.

Still love my squats and deads but it can be frustrating to keep yourself around 50% to allow an injury to heal.

Punching and kicking all types. Done in sets of five minutes fast on both sides makes me giddy.

I LOVE to lift. Anything, anytime as long as it's heavy. (but safe) We needed an air conditioner and my husband went to grab the box. He stopped himself and said "Oh, right. You want to lift it..." lol he's learning...

Not exactly an exercise, but as close as it gets for me: yoga. And even when I do other workouts, I keep thinking of how it's helping me build strength and balance for asanas.

I've been saying I'm going to add it for weeks now (at least since I got back in a deficit), and have not yet managed. I got on a stationary bike for 4 minutes...didn't even make it to 5 :(

These days I'm riding my bicycle on the trainer in our basement because it is winter here.

For those who might not know, a trainer is a device to which you attach your rear wheel. It holds the bicycle upright and in one position, and allows you to pedal the bicycle almost like you would if you were outside.

The thing that is making this enjoyable is that I've got my trainer set up in front of a reasonably large TV and I've been watching the Tour de France. I'm close enough to the TV to almost feel like I'm right there!

I have a love/hate relationship with the Insanity workout, I hate the thought of doing it, feel like I'm going to die whilst doing it and love it once I've done it

Classes like les mills combat and pump and circuit training - socialising and exercising at the same time! Was nearly sick at circuits though because the trainer worked us so hard! Afforded me an extra portion of strawberries and a little dark chocolate though!!
