So, what do you got your carbs, protein, fat percentage on? Thanks for sharing!

I changed my calories to 1500 and I was just wondering if I should change them too.

    MFP's default is probably fine for you. You might not need to pay a whole lot of attention to the macro numbers for carbs/[protein/fat. Make sure that you eat enough protein.

    something around 40/30/30 works for me

    I make sure I get at least 100g protein and 55g fat. The rest falls where it falls, but tends be roughly a 40/30/30 split.

    40/30/30 here too.

    But truthfully I pay more attention to calories. I rarely hit my macros perfectly.
