So, what do you got your carbs, protein, fat percentage on? Thanks for sharing!

MFP's default is probably fine for you. You might not need to pay a whole lot of attention to the macro numbers for carbs/[protein/fat. Make sure that you eat enough protein.0

I make sure I get at least 100g protein and 55g fat. The rest falls where it falls, but tends be roughly a 40/30/30 split.0

But truthfully I pay more attention to calories. I rarely hit my macros perfectly.0 -
