I try to eat about 1500 calories and I burn anywhere from 400 - 1100, so says my polar watch. Hehe! It just depends if am at home working out or at the gym or going hiking. Remember everyone is different.

Hello @SezxyStef Well I had a problem where I was working out too much and not eating enough. Ay, I try to eat about 1500 calories And I burn from 500 to 800.
