I'm glad I came here this is exactly the kind of motivation I needed! I started my journey last March and have managed to lose 67lbs but it has been so much harder recently and I've been so disheartened! Thank you for sharing this.

Thanks for the responses guys! Guess I'll have to get all my pre pregnancy clothes out from under the bed and see what fits now. What I've lost has come from all different places so I guess it's not crazy to assume that my clothes size hasn't changed that much yet

I've got the fitbit flex and I love it. I've not had an issue with accuracy (I'm still losing weight so it's obviously not too far out) and I actually don't think it looks horrendous either. My other half noticed on Saturday that myknees no longer touch against the glove box when I'm sat in the car, there is at least 2 inches space now meaning that my fat *kitten* is getting smaller!

I've been following the hairy bikers diet books which is great cuz it tells you the calories per portion but doesn't give a portion size. Am I right to assume that if you follow the weights exactly and it saysserves 6 then you just divide the finished weight…

Yes I definitely need to start doing this! The problem I have is that my daughter doesn't really eat much (I think it's a phase) and everything I make ends up getting chucked so I tend to just not reallybother and opt fpr the easy way lol
