  • This. But not just for the caloric burn (but that is nice, too!). For me, rock climbing helps me keep my willpower up regarding food choices because the more fit I am, the easier/more fun it is!

  • To the OP-- I also have gall stone/duct issues, and I can eat the PBFit. It is a powdered PB that they have removed a lot of the fat in -- you just add water. It is not bad!
  • I hate running also. Detest it. I do it though (nothing crazy-- 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill) because it makes me make better food choices throughout the day. I don't want my run to have "gone to waste" by overindulging.
  • I try to eat smaller meals/portions consistently throughout the day like every 3 hours. This keeps me satiated.
  • If it makes you feel any better-- I feel the same exact way! I have been doing the same as you and have lost about 5 pounds in the same time frame. I try to keep focusing on how good it feels to be in control, doing what is best for my body, and how my clothes feel. Sending you good vibes! Stay the course!
