Ahhh! I ate sunflower seeds (in she'll) yesterday! We are still in the "get rid of the junk food" phase and that was on husbands list. Love sunflower seeds, just not the salt. I'll give it a few days and see what happens. Other than the bloat. I feel better than I have in awhile. Thanks for the advice!
