Thanks so much for answering!

I know this is a old comment but I just have to say that having pants that are too tight is a great problem to have. That is so awesome!
-
And you as well.

Thank you all for your responses. 4 legs, I'm just startin out and really overweight. I'm just doing walking, cardio and learning basic strength training stuff. My problem is I think in a very precise way (1+1=2) and fitness and health has a ton of variations to it. I am doing as you suggested, which is trial and error.…

I did that. Ended up in the hospital. It happened twice, both from ACV but I'm not really sure why. I now heavily dilute ACV when I have the nerve to take it.

Thank you TeaBea for that link! DeeTee, I live in Texas where rain can turn at a notice to a serious storm. Still, I'm going to be looking for a raincoat! I've already been thinking about walking in the rain. Good job Nathalier. That is a impressive accomplishment!

Thanks so much for all your help. I was thinking we are suppose to walk each day. It I have been sedatary for quite awhile. Still, I will listen to my body and see. Thanks again!

If she had not shared it in this thread, I wouldn't have seen it. I appreciate it!

That is some hard work! Great job! You look healthy and strong.

There are no silly or stupid question when searching for knowledge!

Can we have a discussion on how awesome your eyebrows are? I look like a 90 year old smearing eyeliner across their face when I try to do mine. LOL. Seriously, you look amazing. Great job on your walking towards health!
-
I'll try to remember that. LOL.

That is rough, to have to lose so much weight without physical confirmation picture wise. I'm really going to have to train myself to focus on health and not pictures or how I see myself. Thanks for responding.

I know this, quote is old but I had to comment. That fear of runnng into husbands coworkers is huge. I used to be really attractive but a 129 pounds later I am horrified for husband. He tells me not to,worry about it, he loves me, he doesn't care what others think, etc but I have this very real fear. I'm trying to overcome…

Thank you both. Evileen, those pictures are crazy! It is hard to wrap my mind around to be honest. I don't care about weight itself but in how I look. What I saw this morning made me wonder how would keep up my discipline if I never looked different. Of course, maybe I would feel much different and that would help me. I'm…

How much do you have to eat with the mess? I have. A really sensitive stomach, even vitamins upset my stomach if I don't eat something. So, I would open a container of yogurt and eat a few bites. I could make it last for 2 or 3 servings. Just a thought.
-
Good job! That is great progress. Keep it up!

Actually now that I think of it, it looks reminds me of Brian Setzer's guitar. Or it is a bass? What do I know. The whole family plays stringed instruments except me. I'm the dancer...LOL.

OT: is that a mandalin tat on your arm? I can't tell if it is a mandalin or dulcimer. My daughter is playing banjo as I type this. Love the mandalin and banjo.

I read that line in a completely different way....LOL. Then again my husband says I have a perverted mind....

You are implying that a person can't have a preference. My husband liked curvy women which is why he thought my body was awesome. I prefer men on the thicker side, built but not The Terminator. I have dated skinny guys despite I don't find skinny to be my ideal. Seriously, it seems ridiculus to say a man can't prefer a…

Regarding the upset tummy, I noticed that aspartame caused me to have serious nausea. I switched to cinnamon trident or the gum sold at the health food store and it doesn't cause upset stomach now. Neither has aspartame in it. Just thought I would mention this.

Please tell the noob what n=1 means, LOL.

System - Sorry, all my cuts are low. I'm sorry I couldn't help. HappyNinjaStar- it has been 8 years, just about, since my last delivery. My scar is still numb feeling. I don't know if it will go away completely but it does have better feeling than years ago. I don't know if anyone else has this trouble but I can't stand…

That should say I DONT have.... That's what I get for, watching The Middle while typing!

Annr, my husband is awesome. I've gained 129 pounds in our marriage and he never once has made a nasty comment. Yeah. I'm not going to yell at him. LOL. Shadow2soul, I am so proud of you. You have given me hope that maybe, just maybe, I wIll look nice when all is said, and done. I have delusions of grandeur with my tummy…

I'm glad I'm not a guy or in the current market for a mate. The guy screwed up and instead of giving him the benefit of doubt, people assume he was trying to fat shame the lady. I honestly think if she would have gave a witty retort mentioning his size comment, he would have flushed red and been embarrassed. If in the…

I respectfully disagree JoRocka. If someone says something I already feel about myself then it stings extra hard. I thought I was ugly and unlovable when I was growing up. To be told by others who were simply being cruel that I was ugly really hurt. Not because their option matters but to have someone else say it meant it…

Oh I understand where you are coming from. Some days I have really, really thin skin. Most of the time I try to see the other persons perspective. Take it as a complement. Hey, yesterday the checkout girl asked me if I was 55 or older. I literally stuttered and asked if I looked 55? I'll be 40 in a few months, LOL. I dare…

I agree. It takes a lot of nerve to ask another person out. And some people can be downright nasty in how they respond to a invitation too.
