I manage to stay within a weight range 191-195 lbs without too much control . Once I cross the line I start logging food and doing more excercise until I reach the bottom.

I eat 80 grams and you have to count all sugar even from fruits, dairy etc.

I need to eat about 150 calories less than suggested to maintain my weight. Why is that? About monotony maybe you just need to change your menu, try new foods and activities.
