I normally plan all my food for the day so I know that I will be within my quota for the whole day. I am currently set to 1210 cals per day but with exercise this increases slightly. I have an open diary if you would like to take a look :)

I'm thinking about doing the shred again. I did it a few years ago but didn't complete it. Would I still get results if I did the plan every couple of days instead of every day?

Things that have stood out to me are being able to cross my legs, looking down and being able to see my toes, not getting a backache from walking and having legs chafe together lol

I'm trying to eat clean (most of the time) and trying to move more although I don't have a great deal of weight to lose 14lbs

My Fitbit and Myfitnesspal was doing something similar last week. I'm not sure if there has been a bug but one moment I had burnt 100+ calories on mfp, it then started to decrease :s and then increase! It has been fine this week so far.

I weighed this morning and have maintained 144lbs from last week. I have no reduced my calorie intake down to 1200 which MFP recommends for me to lose 2lb a week. I will then eat back any exercise calories if I feel like it. Hopefully this will help
