My planks are 5 min continuous but I don't hold the same position. I simply do 30 seconds in one position and switch to another without stopping. Helps quite a bit. Try doing a few seconds as a standard forearm then transition to a side plank, then the other side, then back again,, see if you can increase your time. It's…
